Judging Philosophy

Judging approach:
Policy priority:
Evidence philosophy:
Paradigm:
LD
Approach: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Philosophy:
I prefer to see a case flowed well. The value, criterion, and contentions should be made very clear be clearly tied back to the topic. LD debate is debating values, so I really like to see philosophy used in the debate with few facts. Spreading in a round is a total turn-off as well as debaters who choose to use poor tactics in terms how they treat the competition.
