Policy priority: Resolution of substantive issues is more important than communication skills
Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: My paradigm is based on the teams in the current round and who is able to defend their side during the particular round. My personal bais is set aside to give each team a fair shot to defend their arguement. I am looking for quality of arguments with a firm stance instead of how many they can ramble off within the allotted time.
