Judging Philosophy
CX
Judging approach: Stock Issues
Policy priority: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: I'm a 100% stock issues judge. At the core of debate are the stock issues we are presented with and I believe in order to win a round you must present a case that solves for all the stock issues or discredits the same stock issues. I love CPs and Ts but will rarely vote for off the wall arguments unless it is clear and concise how it relates to the case presented.
