Approach: Resolution of substantive issues is more important than communication skills
Philosophy:
I was in HS once, so I'm aware that communication is something that some people just naturally excel at whereas, it may be more difficult for others. So instead of looking to charisma, I judge based off talent and skill in resolving the issues brought to the table.
