Judging qualifications:
I won UIL State in LD & won 2nd place in Persuasive speaking in 1992.At TFA State I was top speaker and top seed in LD. I went NSDA Nationals in domestic extemp. And advanced to quarterfinals.
In college I competed in NDT Debate and advanced to partial doubles or octas 3 years in a row and received a first round at large bid to the NDT in 1998. I went to CEDA Nats 3 times and advanced to the octafinals or quarterfinals all 3 times. I was named to the All American Debate Squad in 1997, was 4th speaker in the nation in 1998, and was 8th speaker in the nation in 2000.
I have coached LD, CX, and extemp at numerous high schools over the last 15 years.

I will evaluate value/criteria debates or other arguments as long as they are well explained. Neither debater will win every argument so it is incumbent upon each of you to make comparisons between your arguments and the person you are debating arguments. Congratulations and Good luck.
