Judging Philosophy
CX
Judging approach: Other (please explain below)
Policy priority: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: I want to see clash. Whatever arguments you want to make, keep me following. There's a chance I'll be familiar with your theory, but don't bet on that. Assume I know nothing, and build the theory from there. Very interested in framework arguments. Create the lens through which I should purvey the round. Flesh it out. Assert and fine-tune the rules of the game. Don't go fast if you don't have the diction/technique to execute it properly.
LD
Approach: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Philosophy:
Whatever arguments you want to make, keep me following. Very interested in framework arguments. Tell me what ought means, how that affects the topic, and how that should affect my ballot. If you think addressing the topic is best addressed via a plan -text, that's great, but I want to hear why ought implies action and/or fiat.
