Having been a coach for 12 years and judging at many invitational tournaments and also having Judged at the State tournament, I feel that I am competent and skilled in assessing and judging interpretive events as well as extemporaneous speaking. I have also taught Theater for several years and feel that my theatrical training helps my coaching as well as my judging ability. My students do very well in Prose and Poetry and
