Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: My basic CX judging paradigm is legislative in nature, seeking to weigh advantages and disadvantages of policy.

I believe that, while communication skills and overall delivery are important, the ability to navigate difficult issues and bring them to resolution is of upmost importance.
