Attendance Rosters

Attendance will be taken electronically. Attendees are asked to register their attendance during each session. Click the Online Roster link, then enter your name, school and the session number that is located next to each workshop description in the program. This is the offificial record for CPE attendance.

Conference Evaluation 

Following the conference, please submit this short evaluation to let us know your feedback.

CPE Record Form

It is the responsibility of the individual to maintain records of the sessions they attend. Retain this form as verification for your district and personal records. Those who attended an online session will be sent a certificate at the conclusion of the conference to supplement this form after the conclusion of the conference.
