El Paso Andress High School – The State Executive Committee issued Ebbernoel Ruvalcaba a public reprimand, three-year probation and suspension for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year, as well as the first five basketball games of the 2023-2024 school year for violations of Section 1208(i)(3), Ejection from a Contest While on Probation.
