AUSTIN— The Hearing Officer of the UIL State Executive Committee ruled on an appeal of varsity eligibility Tuesday.
A student athlete from D’Hanis High School was denied an appeal of varsity eligibility, upholding the previous ruling of the district executive committee. It was determined that the student was not in compliance with rules related to residence in a school district and attendance zone.
