AUSTIN, Texas — The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League will convene at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 at the UIL Office in Austin for a hearing that may impact the UIL football postseason.
A schedule of tomorrow’s hearing follows:
Hearing (AA)
10:00 a.m., AA. Veribest High School: Appeal of District 13-1A Division I Executive Committee Decision Regarding Alleged Violation of Section 1206(d), School Off-Season Workouts, In-School Day Period of the UIL Constitution & Contest Rules, and Alleged Violation of Enrollment Requirements, Athletic Periods of the TEA-UIL Side by Side. This emergency hearing is necessary because the outcome may impact upcoming playoff games.
The State Executive Committee meeting is an open meeting and all interested parties are welcome to attend.
