AUSTIN, TX--Two students will remain ineligible for varsity athletics and another was ruled not to have moved for athletic purposes as a result of decisions handed down by the State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League Wednesday.
The State Executive Committee denied appeals by students from Caldwell High School and Lockney High School, upholding previous decisions finding the students ineligible for changing schools for athletic purposes.
Additionally, the committee ruled 4-0 that a student from Shallowater High School did not move for athletic purposes.
