AUSTIN, TX - One student-athlete is granted eligibility while three others remain ineligible due to decisions handed down by the State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League Wednesday.
An Aransas Pass High School student-athlete was granted eligibility by the State Executive Committee, overturning a previous ruling of the District 30-3A Executive Committee.
Conversely, students from Silsbee High School, San Antonio Brackenridge High School, and New Diana High School will remain ineligible for varsity athletics after their appeals were denied by the State Executive Committee for changing schools for athletic purposes.
