AUSTIN, TX — The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League met Monday to issue penalties for potential UIL rule violations.
Dallas Samuell High School Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator Danny Cobbin was issued two years suspension from coaching UIL activities, three years probation and a public reprimand. He is also required to appear before the UIL State Executive Committee before returning to coaching.
