AUSTIN, TX - The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League will convene at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26 to discuss alleged UIL rule violations and determine the eligibility of student athletes.
A schedule of Wednesday’s hearings follows.
HEARING (AA-HH)
9:05 am - AA - Baytown Sterling High School: Referral from District 21-5A Executive Committee for Consideration of penalties for violations of Sections 442(h) and 443(e) alleged against Coach Nadine Horne.
9:55 am - BB - Fort Worth Arlington Heights High School: Referral from District 7-4A Executive Committee for Consideration of penalties for violations of Section 1201(a)(2) alleged against Coach Matthew Rose.
10:45 am - CC - Hawley High School: Referral from District 6-2A Executive Committee for Consideration of penalties for violations of Section 442(h) alleged against Coach Jimmy Shaeffer.
11:35 am - DD - Elgin High School: Alleged Violation of Section 1208(j), Ejection from a Contest, Appeal of Coach Pat Watson.
12:35 pm - EE - Katy High School: Appeal of District 19-5A Executive Committee Decision Regarding the Eligibility of a Student Athlete, Section 443, Changing Schools for Athletic Reasons.
1:25 pm - FF - Katy Cinco Ranch High School: Appeal of District 19-5A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete, Section 443, Changing Schools for Athletic Reasons.
2:10 pm - GG - Poth High School: Alleged Violation of Section 1208(j), Ejection from a Contest, Appeal of Coach Richard Sanchez.
2:35 pm - HH - Mount Pleasant Chapel Hill High School: Alleged Violation of Section 1208(j), Ejection from a Contest, Appeal of Coach Steve Trussell.
