FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AUSTIN, TX— The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League will convene at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 4 at the UIL building in Austin to determine the eligibility of student-athletes and discuss alleged UIL rule violations.
A schedule of tomorrow’s hearings follows.
HEARINGS (AA-DD)
9:05 am AA. Slidell High School: Case Referred by District 20-A Executive Committee, Alleged Violation of State Law, No Pass No Play, Coach Cody Vanover.
9:50 am BB. Fort Worth Southwest High School: Alleged Violation of Section 1201 (a) (3), Verbal Abuse of an Official, Coach Scott Gray.
10:35 am CC. Corpus Christi Tuloso-Midway High School: Appeal of District 31-4A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete.
11:20 am DD. Corpus Christi Calallen High School: Appeal of District 31-4A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete.
The State Executive Committee meeting is an open meeting and all interested parties are welcome to attend.
