FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AUSTIN, TX— The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 8 at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center to discuss alleged UIL rule violations.

A schedule of tomorrow’s hearings follows.

HEARING (AA-HH)

AA.

Austin Harmony High School: Referral from the District 27-2A Executive Committee, for violations of Sections 1208(c) of the Constitution and Contest Rules.

9:45 am

BB.

Fort Worth Wyatt High School: Referral from Region VII Music Executive Committee for violations of Section 51(c)(2)(a), 51(b)(1), Dr. Harolyn Benson-Givens.

Everman High School: Referral from Region VII Music Executive Committee for violation of consecutive offenses of the C&CR Music Regulations in Sight-Reading, Ms. Melodie Brookins.
