FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The 2005 UIL State Track & Field Championships will be held May 13-14 at Mike A. Myers Track Stadium on the UT-Austin campus.

Media Credentials: Requests should be faxed to Kim Rogers at (512) 471-6589 no later than noon on Wednesday May 11. Requests must be on company letterhead, list the individuals covering the event for your media outlet, and specify which school(s) your media outlet will be covering. Credentials should be picked up at Gate 32 of UT Memorial Stadium (southeast side of stadium) beginning Friday morning. Gate 32 is at the southeast end of UT Memorial Stadium, and is located on Robert Dedman Drive, directly west of Myers Stadium.

Tickets: STUDENT- $5 per session
ADULT - $10 per session
ALL SESSION TICKET - $25
SATURDAY ONLY TICKET (good for both Sat. sessions) - $15

9:00 a.m.: Friday, May 13 - 1st Session: 3200-Meter Runs - 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A
6:00 p.m.: Friday, May 13 – 2nd Session: 3A & 4A
9:00 a.m.: Saturday, May 14 – 3rd Session: 3200-Meter Run- 5A
12:00 noon:Saturday, May 14 - 1A & 2A
6:00 p.m.: Saturday, May 14 – 4th Session:5A
