2015 WRESTLING STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2015 UIL Wrestling State Championships will be held February 20-21 at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas.
Conference 5A boys and girls matches will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday and 6A boys and girls matches will begin at 12:15 p.m. Conference 5A boys and girls second round consolation matches will begin on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 8:00 a.m. 6A boys and girls second round consolation will begin at 11:30 a.m. The Parade of Champions will begin at 5:45 and all championships matches will follow. Media credentials: Interested media outlets planning to cover the UIL Wrestling State Championships must submit an online media credential request by noon Wednesday, Feb. 18. The Wrestling Media Credential Request form can be found online at: https://www.uiltexas.org/form/media-credentials/request.php?sport=wrestling. Requests should specify which school(s) your media outlet will be covering and list all representatives of your media outlet covering the event. Credentials may be picked up at the East Entrance of the Curtis Culwell Center.
Tickets: The doors will open one hour prior to the beginning of wrestling each day. All seating is general admission. Ticket prices: Adults $10.00 and Students $5.00 per day; All-Tournament Pass $15.00.
Live Webcast: FOX Sports Southwest and NFHS Network will provide a live webcast of the UIL wrestling state championships on Saturday, Feb. 21 from the Curtis Culwell Center. Fans, family and alumni unable to attend Saturday’s matches can watch the UIL Wrestling State Championships live online with a subscription at www.nfhsnetwork.com/associations/uil. Subscribers can also watch on the go by downloading the NFHS Network app for iPhone and Android devices.
The championship matches on Saturday will be available on www.FoxSportsSouthwest.com by clicking the UIL championship banner located at the home page on the day of the event.
