Alignments have been posted for Volleyball and Team Tennis for the 2013-2014 school year. Alignments for other events to be posted soon.
Current Decertified non-wood baseball bats
Currently, there are three (3) non-wood baseball bats that the NFHS has decertified for use in high school competition. This short list is subject to change. Additional non-wood baseball bats could possibly be added to this list. The decertified bats are the following:
Marucci Cat 52 33" non-wood baseball bat (Decertification notice date: February 21, 2012)
Reebok Vector TLS 32" non-wood baseball bat (Decertification notice date: March 26, 2012)
Reebok Vector TLS 33" non-wood baseball bat (Decertification notice date: March 26, 2012)
These bats should be considered non-compliant and subject to NFHS Baseball Rules 4-1-3b and 7-4-1a.

Fox Sports to Use Skycam for 5A Division 1 Football Championship Game
FOX Sports Southwest’s telecast of Saturday’s UIL 5A Division I championship from Cowboys Stadium in Arlington at 8:00 p.m. CT between Allen and Houston Lamar will be the first ever high school game to incorporate a Skycam.
Spring 2013 LD Debate Topic
RESOLVED: In matters of justice, John Rawls' Difference Principle ought to be preferred over Robert Nozick's Entitlement Theory.
The topic will be used from January to May of 2013.
UIL Football Playoff Radio Broadcast Rights Information Available
Radio stations that would like to broadcast Texas high school football playoff games for teams in conferences 3A-5A, in the quarterfinals, semifinals or finals, must contact IMG. IMG is the exclusive radio broadcast rights holder of 2012 UIL high school football playoffs.
Media Advisory Regarding Televised Football Playoff Games
The University Interscholastic League Legislative Council recently passed an amendment to the UIL Constitution and Contest Rules that alters the policy regarding broadcasting and telecasting UIL events.
