UIL Announces 2012 Football State Championships Locations and Schedules
The 2012 UIL Conference 1A-5A football state championships will be held at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, the UIL announced Tuesday. The Conference 1A 6-man Division I and Division II football state championships will be held at Shotwell Stadium in Abilene.
Proposed Rule Changes Posted
Proposed rule changes to be considered by the Legislative Council at its October 21-22 meeting have been posted. These proposals listed were considered by the UIL Legislative Council Standing Committees in June, 2012, and will be considered by the full Council at next month's meeting.
NFHS Baseball Bat Decertification

The 2012-13 Orientation Packet, with information for UIL sponsors, advisors, directors and coaches is now available.
The Rules Compliance Program for 2012-2013 is Now Available
The UIL Rules Compliance Program (RCP for the new school year is now open. All coaches must complete the course prior to the first day of practice for their first sport season. The course is optional for athletic trainers. A copy of the Rules Compliance Program certificate of completion must be filed with the school.
